Miyo, the founder, is a Japanese national living in Amsterdam with over a decade of real estate investment and management experience in Asia and the Netherlands. She founded Terra maxima to bridge the living sector's energy transition, which is one of the most difficult challenges, by focusing on economics of sustainable upgrades and hassle-free support to her customers.
